Role Overview

The Commercial Officer will handle day-to-day commercial, administrative, and

financial support activities. The role requires strong documentation skills, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with accounting and cash-handling processes. The candidate will also assist in preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marathi and English typing with high accuracy for preparing letters, statements, and official documents.
  • Drafting emails, maintaining logs, and preparing commercial correspondence.
  • Create and manage Excel reports, data sheets, trackers, and summaries.
  • Prepare presentations using MS PowerPoint for internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain and update commercial records, files, and documentation.
  • Petty cash handling and maintaining daily cashbook entries.
  • Working knowledge of Tally for basic entries, vouchers, and record updates.
    •Assist in generating invoices, receipts, and financial summaries as required.
  • Perform routine banking activities (cash deposits, cheque deposits, withdrawals,

statement collection, etc.).

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for document collection

and submission.

  • Support overall commercial and administrative functions to ensure timely execution

of tasks.

Skills Required

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • High level of integrity in handling financial transactions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Professional communication skills and disciplined work approach.
