**Position: Commercial Officer**

**Location**: Shivajinagar, Pune

**Qualification**: Commerce Graduate, Intermediate CA or Costing Domain

**Experience**: 6 to 10 Years

**Role & Responsibilities**:
**1. Statutory Compliance**:

- Ensure the organization adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor changes in statutory regulations and update internal processes accordingly.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings on time.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required.

**2. Fixed Asset Management**:

- Maintain an accurate fixed asset register.
- Oversee the acquisition, disposal, and transfer of fixed assets.
- Conduct regular physical verification of assets.
- Ensure proper capitalization of assets and adherence to depreciation policies.

**3. Accounts Payable Management**:

- Supervise the AP team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Implement and maintain robust AP policies and procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Reconcile AP accounts and ensure timely payment of liabilities.

**4. Goods and Services Tax (GST)**:

- Ensure compliance with GST regulations.
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
- Manage GST audits and respond to queries from tax authorities.
- Keep abreast of GST legislation changes and implement necessary adjustments.

**Experience, Knowledge & Skills**:

- Should have handled commercial transactions in the Manufacturing industry.
- Revenue authorities & outside agencies
- Basic knowledge of GST credit, reconciliation, and return filing.
- Experience in handling accounts payables monitoring.
- Experience in handling legal matters & contractual obligations.
- Strong Communication skills - Verbal, Written and presentation
- Strong commercial & financial acumen
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good team player

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
