Qualification : LLB, Company Secretary added preference

Experience : 3 To 6 Years in Litigation or Non Litigation Team.

Commercial & Corporate Litigation a. Having sound knowledge of securities and corporate laws. b. Handling matters and appearing before SEBI Adjudicating Officer / WTM/ Internal Committee. c. Handling matters before SAT and High Court. d. Handling matter under IBC before NCLT and DRT. e. Handling company petitions relating to oppression & mismanagement, scheme matters, etc. before NCLT / High Court. f. Handling Arbitration matters. g. Preparing legal notices, replies, appeal memorandum, demand notice, arbitration petitions and other pleadings required under sub-points (a) to (e) above.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Litigation: 3 years (preferred)
- SEBI Adjudicating Officer / WTM/ Internal Committee: 1 year (preferred)
- SAT and High Court.: 1 year (preferred)
- r IBC before NCLT and DRT.: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- LLB Graduate (preferred)
