General Manager – Techno Commercial (Business Head)

Location: Bhandup, Mumbai

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager – Techno Commercial to lead and manage the overall operations of our manufacturing company. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end business management — including Purchase, Sales, Production, and Operations — excluding Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations across departments.
  • Lead Purchase, Sales, and Production teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Drive business growth, profitability, and process efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to achieve organizational and financial goals.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments for timely delivery and compliance.
  • Act as the Business Head for a company with a turnover of approx. ₹100 Cr.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Engineer / MBA preferred.
  • 10–20 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Prior experience in Personal Care, Cosmetics, FMCG (Non-Food), or Pharma industry.
  • Strong techno-commercial acumen and leadership skills.
  • Ability to independently handle complete plant and business operations.
