**Job Title**: Dispatch Coordinator

**Location**: Silvassa

**Job Summary**:
The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely dispatch of goods, ensuring proper inventory control, and coordinating with various departments to streamline the shipping process. The role requires close monitoring of dispatch schedules, inventory levels, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing & Dispatch Scheduling**:

- Coordinate with the production and sales teams to manage daily dispatch requirements.
- Prioritize and schedule dispatches based on order deadlines and inventory availability.
- Ensure dispatch schedules align with customer needs and logistics constraints.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure that dispatches meet requirements without stockouts.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely stock replenishment and order preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of goods dispatched and manage inventory control systems.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Liaise with transporters and freight providers to arrange timely transportation of goods.
- Ensure all required documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery notes) is prepared and accompanies each dispatch.
- Track shipments to confirm timely delivery and manage any issues that arise during transit.
- **Quality & Compliance**:

- Verify that all outgoing shipments meet quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including safety standards and legal documentation.
- **Record Keeping & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, including shipment details, vehicle logs, and inventory updates.
- Generate regular reports on dispatch activities, inventory levels, and logistics performance for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in dispatch coordination, inventory management, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or dispatch management software.
- Experience working in the manufacturing or distribution industry

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
