Dispatch Co-ordinator

As a Dispatch Coordinator at our facility in Silvassa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination between our dispatch team at the plant and the transporters. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- **Dispatch Coordination**: Act as the primary point of contact between the dispatch team at the plant and the transporters. Coordinate the loading of goods, scheduling of dispatches, and ensure timely handover of goods to transporters.
- **Transporter Liaison**: Communicate effectively with transporters to arrange for the timely pickup and delivery of goods. Provide them with all necessary information regarding the consignment, loading instructions, and any special requirements.
- **Documentation**: Ensure all necessary documentation related to dispatches, such as invoices, delivery challans, and transport permits, are accurately prepared and handed over to the transporters.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of inventory levels at the plant and coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure sufficient stock availability for dispatches. Report any discrepancies or shortages to the relevant stakeholders.
- **Report Submission**: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch activities, including dispatch volumes, turnaround times, and any issues encountered. Submit these reports to the appropriate management personnel.
- **Quality and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols during the loading and dispatch process. Conduct regular checks to ensure that goods are handled and transported in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address any issues or concerns raised by the dispatch team, transporters, or other stakeholders in a prompt and efficient manner. Work towards finding solutions to minimize disruptions to the dispatch process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in dispatch coordination, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and procedures governing dispatch and transportation activities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
