Fleet Executive

Hi, we are hiring for the position of Fleet Executive for a manufacturing company (Manuf. Of Drums & Barrels) with:
FLEET MANAGEMENT
- Receive intimation through dispatch plan for the dispatch of the material.
- Verification of the Sales Order, with the Purchase Order of the Customer.
- Preparation of the fleet plan in accordance to the Sales Plan to ensure timely delivery of the material.
- Intimation to the transporter for the arrangement of the vehicle.
- Intimation to the Transporter to pick the material from the defined location.
- Ensure the delivery of the material.
- Tracking the movement of Trucks through GPS Tracking System.
- Intimation to the Marketing department of the departure of the vehicle from the factory and vehicle details.
- Passing of the Freight Bills.
- Continual improvement of logistics system (Kaizen).

VEHICLE COMPLIANCE REPORT
- To ensure vehicle plied by the co. Owned or contracted are adhering to the RTO rules & regulations and safety norms specified by the co. As well as recipient customer plants for safety norms.
- Vehicles Fitness Certificate, PUC (Pollution under Control), Road Permit & Tax and Insurance are all up-to-date and excel sheet with reminders to be prepared for each and every vehicle to the above requisite compliances.
- Driver management

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
