Silvassa, India Vinod Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd. Full time

Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods according to invoice.

Follow up with transporters for timely delivery.

Properly arrange category wise all FG in warehouse.

Dispatches to be done as per indent or instructions given by sales & marketing.

Planning & managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.

Prepare all types of domestic & export invoices in Tally.

Prepare online all types of E-way bills.

Preparing daily dispatch plan / schedule.

Planning & allocation of stock based requirement of each depot & considering.

Planning & arranging vehicles on daily basis.

Ensure smooth dispatches of FG according to delivery schedule of customer.

Physical stock verification in yearly.

Coordinating with production team & QA whenever stock issue arises.

To complete dispatches according to the orders receives from HO

Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

Timely action on non-moving stock & rejected.

Communicate and liaise with vendors to ensure timely availability of material.

Coordinate with vendors to get replacement against incoming rejection / wrong supplies on time.

Monitoring dispatches for all regions across India.

Day-to-day interface with production team for order status.

Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
