**Job Title: Sales**and Marketing **Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential customers in industries such as packaging, manufacturing, logistics, and retail.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Present and promote corrugated boxes, stretch films, and other packaging solutions to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to close deals successfully.
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries effectively.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry (corrugated boxes, stretch films, HM & LD Liners or flexible packaging).**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and travel to meet clients as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with **manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, e-commerce, and industrial clients.**:

- Familiarity with **supply chain and packaging procurement processes.**:

- Understanding of **pricing strategies and cost structures in the packaging industry.**
