Urgent Opening For Tele Sales at Foremost Marbles

Location :- Naroli Road

Experiences:- 2 to 4 yr

Office Time :- 10 to 7

CTC :- 20 k to 30 k

Working Days :- Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers based on leads provided.

Identify customer needs and offer solutions tailored to their requirements.

Provide detailed information about products or services to prospects.

Maintain and update customer database with relevant information.

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the sales department.

Build rapport and trust with customers to foster long-term relationships.

Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

Follow up with leads and sales inquiries to close deals.

Ensure all sales activities are documented in the CRM system.

Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and market trends to effectively sell to customers.

Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall sales strategies.

Stay up to date with promotional offers, new product launches, and company updates.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism throughout the sales process.
