Responsibility -

Achieving growth and hitting salestargets by successfully managing the sales teamDesigning and implementing a strategic salesplan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presenceManagingrecruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives  Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management teamIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusDirect reporting to the Management

Required Skill –

BBA / MBA degree in sales/ Experience in relevant fieldSuccessful previous experience as a salesrepresentative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsCommitted to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferencesDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to drive the salesprocess from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertiseExcellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
