Job Title Stores Manager - Non-Ferrous Metal Greenfield Project Location Near Bhilad Gujarat Industry Non-Ferrous Metal Greenfield Project Start Date 01 November 2025 Qualification Experience Graduate in B Com Logistics Supply Chain Managementor equivalent Minimum 10 years of experiencein stores inventory and logistics management in a process or manufacturing setup Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Stores Manager to establish and lead the entire stores and inventory management function at our upcoming non-ferrous metal greenfield project near Bhilad Gujarat The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up efficient systems procedures and best practices to manage large-scale material movements storage and documentation across all stages of the project Key Responsibilities Oversee all store operations receiving inspection storage issuing documentation and inventory control of materials consumables and finished goods Establish efficient systems for receiving weighing tagging binning and storing machinery and equipment arriving in multiple consignments Develop systematic storage layouts with proper labeling segregation and identification of all items Supervise loading unloading activities ensuring compliance with industrial safety norms and practices Manage weighbridge operations including slips return notes and preparation of weekly monthly audit and verification reports Maintain accurate inventory levels support physical verification during audits and ensure smooth coordination with procurement and finance teams Coordinate with transporters for timely movement of incoming and outgoing materials Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize wastage redundant or obsolete stock and improve cost efficiency Participate in budgeting and forecasting for procurement of critical spares consumables and raw materials Ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements Lead train and motivate the stores team to drive efficiency and accountability Ensure smooth integration and utilization of ERP systems such as SAP SAP-MM or equivalent for all store operations Desired Candidate Profile Proficient in MS Word Excel and ERP systems Strong leadership communication and coordination skills Detail-oriented process-driven and hands-on in managing large-scale industrial stores Proven ability to independently handle stores and logistics for large engineering or process industry projects Interested candidates can share their CVs at theexecutive800 gmail com mailto theexecutive800 gmail com For more information contact us at 86906 11655 86906 11696 This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of setting up and managing stores operations for a world-class non-ferrous metal manufacturing facility Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
