Dispatch Supervisor

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**LOADING SUPERVISOR**
- Create loading schedules based on customer orders, transportation availability, and warehouse inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel, logistics coordinators, and truck drivers to ensure timely loading and departure of vehicles.
- Inspect loading areas, equipment, and vehicles to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Enforce safety regulations and guidelines during the loading process.
- Ensure compliance with weight limits, securing loads, and handling hazardous materials.
- Provide training to loading staff on safety procedures and proper equipment operation.
- Inspect goods before loading to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Address any discrepancies, damages, or issues with the goods and resolve them appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods, quantities, and destinations.
- Verify and screen drums and barrels produced by the production team to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Conduct inspections to ensure barrels are properly manufactured and meet specifications.
- Verify the packing materials required for loading as per the system (Nityam Software).
- Ensure that the correct packing materials are available and in proper condition.
- Verify the quantity of barrels loaded onto trucks, comparing them with the loading instructions and documentation.
- Ensure that the correct quantity of goods is loaded, minimizing discrepancies and errors.
- Inspect the binding of ropes in the trucks after loading barrels to ensure they are properly secured.
- Confirm that the ropes are tightly bound and will prevent any movement or damage during transportation.
- Arrange for proper stocking of materials in the warehouse, ensuring efficient space utilization.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to maintain adequate inventory levels and facilitate smooth loading operations.
- Monitor loading staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality.
- Address any training needs or performance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the loading process.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel, logistics coordinators, and other stakeholders to find solutions.
- Adapt to changing circumstances or requirements and ensure smooth loading operations.
- Maintain accurate records of loaded goods, including quantities, types, and destinations.
- Generate loading reports, update inventory records, and prepare necessary documentation, such as bills of lading or shipping manifests.
- Serve as a point of contact between loading staff, warehouse personnel, logistics coordinators, and other departments.
- Collaborate with customer service to address any loading-related inquiries or issues.

**TEAM MANAGEMENT**:

- Work allocation and regular review of team work.
- Coaching, guiding, counselling team members as per need.
- Overseeing and Effectively Monitoring the team
- Training & development of team.
- Goal setting of team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
