**Dispatch Planning and Scheduling**: Creating daily/weekly dispatch plans based on production schedules, customer delivery dates, vehicle availability, and route optimization. This includes prioritizing urgent orders.
- **Coordination with Production and Warehouse**: Liaising closely with the production team to ensure finished goods are ready for dispatch on time and with the warehouse team for picking, packing, and staging of goods.
- **Delivery Challans/Notes**: Documents detailing the goods being shipped.
- **Invoices**: For billing purposes.
- **Packing Lists**: Listing contents of each package.
- **Gate Passes**: For material movement in and out of the factory.
- **Export/Import Documentation**: For international shipments (e.g., Bill of Lading, Customs documents).
- **Loading Supervision**: Overseeing the loading of finished goods onto trucks or other transport vehicles, ensuring proper handling, safety, and correct quantity.
- **Vehicle Coordination**: Arranging and allocating transportation (company vehicles or third-party logistics partners/transporters) for outbound shipments. This includes booking vehicles, negotiating rates, and ensuring vehicle suitability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,755.35 - ₹25,310.21 per month
