
Front Office Administrator

Required Front Office Administrator with at least 2 years experience in similar position. The job will entail Admin, Secretarial and HR works for a small size office (upto 15 people). The duties will include the following:
- In-Charge of day-to-day running of office.
- Oversee Office Cleanliness and in charge of office cleaning personnel.
- Perform general duties of receptionist, e.g. handling incoming calls, greetings and serving guests etc.
- Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, courier, office equipments, IT, insurance etc.
- Manage office replenishment orders - e.g. Stationery, pantry, name cards etc.
- Establish Office standards, organize office operations and procedures.
- Typing of correspondence, sales invoices, debit and credit notes etc.
- Banking in cheques and debt collection.
- Arrange logistics for staff for any required business trips, including hotel, airline bookings etc.
- Provide partial secretarial support to Directors: calendar, travel bookings, claims etc.
- Perform other related or ad-hoc duties as required.
- Assist on all recruitment matters.
- On boarding and off boarding of staff and related paper work.
- Computation of staff labour hours.
- Ensure personnel files and leave records are up-to-date.
- Review and improve current HR processes
- Perform other related duties as required.
**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
