We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable **Dot compliance coordinator** to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable **FMCSA** regulations, including maintenance of **MC and USDOT numbers**.
- File and renew **IRP (International Registration Plan)** accounts for apportioned plates.
- Prepare and submit quarterly **IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement)** filings accurately and on time.
- Process **BOC-3 (Blanket of Coverage)** filings and maintain up-to-date agent information.
- Manage registration and renewals for **KYU (Kentucky Weight Distance Permit)**, **New Mexico WDT**, and **Connecticut Highway Use Fee (HUF)**.
- Oversee distribution and tracking of **IFTA stickers** for all eligible vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of permits, licenses, and compliance documents.
- Monitor and update company and driver files for DOT compliance, including hours of service and vehicle inspections.
- Coordinate with internal teams and state/federal agencies to resolve compliance issues.
- Ensure proper filings and renewals for **CTC** (Canadian Tax Compliance) if operating in Canada.
- Prepare for DOT audits and intervene proactively to correct deficiencies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
