Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience: Minimum 1 year (Preferred experience in IT recruitment)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.

Understand job requirements and draft compelling job descriptions.

Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

Build and maintain a talent pool for future requirements.

3. Screening & Shortlisting:
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities.

Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

5. Employer Branding:
Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media and other platforms.

6. Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Generate reports on hiring metrics and suggest improvements.

7. Compliance:
Ensure adherence to recruitment and employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in talent acquisition, preferably in IT recruitment.

Familiarity with technical roles and IT skill sets.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
