Position: Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune

Experience: 1-3 years in Pre-Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, providing accurate and engaging project information.

Build rapport and generate interest in projects through effective communication.

Schedule, confirm, and coordinate site visits with clients and the sales team.

Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting.

Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into qualified prospects.

Support the sales team by providing pre-qualified, well-informed leads.

Share regular feedback with the marketing team on lead quality and campaign performance.

Maintain a professional approach to customer service, ensuring client satisfaction during the presales process

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Prior experience in real estate telecalling or pre-sales is strongly preferred.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and basic MS Office tools.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
