**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Qualify leads and handle inquiries.
- Conduct outbound marketing calls.
- Manage pre-sales process.
- Provide information to clients.
- Follow up with clients.
- Coordinate with sales team.
- Track lead metrics.
- Resolve client queries and issues.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Capable of delivering engaging and informative presentations.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful deals.
- Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and customer behavior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
