
Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries effectively.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with international clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
- Follow company guidelines and adhere to processes.
**Requirements**:
- **Graduation** is mandatory.
- **Fluency in English** (verbal and written) is a must.
- Comfortable with **rotational shifts, including night shifts**.
- Prior experience in **BPO/customer service** is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
