**Job Title**: Tele Sales Executive
**Location**: Noida, Sector 62

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify, prospect, and qualify potential investors and high-net-worth individuals interested in private equity and investment opportunities.
- **Client Engagement**: Conduct calls to initiate relationships, present investment offerings, and secure meetings with prospective clients for senior team members.
- **Revenue Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue and meeting-setting targets.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage a sales pipeline by following up on leads, tracking sales activities, and updating CRM systems regularly.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the firm’s financial products and private equity offerings, effectively communicating them to potential clients.
- **Market Insights**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and investment market dynamics to better engage and advise clients.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years in telesales, with specific experience in finance, investment, or private equity.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of financial products and investment processes
- Proficiency in CRM tools and tele-sales techniques
- Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
