**Job Summary**:

- Make outbound calls on provided data (startups, MSMEs, and entrepreneurs) to introduce Startup Mitr’s services.
- Explain social media marketing, digital branding and promotional solutions clearly and effectively.
- Generate qualified leads and set up appointments with the reporting manager.
- Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and ensure timely responses.
- Keep records of calls, client interactions and feedback in the CRM or lead tracker.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager to convert leads into clients.
- Share regular updates and reports with the reporting manager.

**Requirements**:

- Must have passed 12th/Intermediate
- 6 months-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Number of calls made per day.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Appointment conversion rate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
