**Job Summery:

The Telesales Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote and sell products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and a customer-focused attitude. The Telesales Representative will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

**Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to present, promote, and sell products or services.
- Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding customer needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by closing sales during calls or setting up appointments for follow-up by the sales team.

**Requirements:

- Qualification:

- HSC and above
- Need Good communication and selling skills
- Ability to handle objections and close sales
- Good time management and multitasking skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
