**Job Title: Telesales Representative**

**Location**:[ Office No-1559, 15th Floor Gaur city Mall Near-Char Murti Chowk Greater Noida West.]**

Department: Sales

Reports to: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our products/services.

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product line and services.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional and effective manner.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Provide regular feedback to the Telesales Manager on market trends, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in the [specific industry] industry.

Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
