**Work Schedule**:6 days working (Sunday off)**
**Timings**:9:00 AM - 6:00 PM**

We are hiring **Telesales Executives (Inside Sales)** to join our team and drive **UG/PG course enrollments online**. This role involves engaging with potential students, understanding their educational aspirations, and guiding them toward the best courses. If you have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a target-driven mindset, this opportunity is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and counsel them on suitable **UG/PG courses**.
- Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Convert leads into enrollments through persuasive communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and increase conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** in telesales, inside sales, or academic counseling (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
- **Excellent communication and negotiation skills.**:

- Target-driven with a self-motivated approach.
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student queries effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
