**Role Description**:
Recruiting Genie is seeking a dedicated and efficient individual for the role of Executive Assistant. As the founder is the sole member of the firm, we are looking to expand the team and welcome someone who can provide essential support in administrative tasks and help drive the growth of the firm.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Managing Administrative Tasks**:

- Managing the founder's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Providing general administrative support, such as organizing files, preparing documents, and maintaining records.

**2. Recruitment Support**:
**3. Marketing and Business Development Assistance**:

- Assisting in marketing and promotional activities, including social media management, content creation, and event coordination.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Supporting business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and maintaining client relationships.

**4. Internship Program Coordination**:

- Overseeing the internship program by coordinating with department heads and interns.
- Providing guidance and support to interns, ensuring they meet their objectives.
- Monitoring intern performance and providing feedback as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0 - 1 year of experience in a similar role (recent graduate freshers with similar job interests may also apply).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
- A proactive and resourceful attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
