**Accountability**:**Payroll Preparation, Compensation Management, Statutory Compliance, Time & Attendance, Attrition & Retention Data Analysis

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Ø Documenting all the payroll records within a given timeframe.

Ø Ensure salary processing of all employees with 100% accuracy.

Ø Update Bank account number for salary disbursement and other related data.

Ø Ensure joining formalities are done at the time of employee reporting viz., issuance of the Appointment order, Bank formalities & Biometric Login

Ø Collect and maintain all the relevant documents as mentioned in the checklist

Ø Basic Induction is conducted by explaining to the new employee the policy & procedural guidelines etc., before deputation on the job.

Ø Ensure Internal communication is sent to all concerned departments informing the joining of the new employees.

Ø Managing Time & Attendance viz., Correction and Regularization and keeping track of it.

Ø Processing salary hold release.

Ø Ensuring the payment of PF & ESIC challan within TAT. Processing the working for the challan.

Ø Processing absconding within TAT.

Ø Ensure every employee who leaves the organization completes the exit interview process. Ensure the employee separation is done in all departments as required.

Ø Take care of end-to-end F & F settlement.

Ø Ensure every employee who leaves the organization is issued relieving/experience certificates accordingly.

Ø Help ex-employees in the documentation for PF withdrawal.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- MBA (Finance)/ M.COM
- 3 to 7 Years of working experience.
- **Salary**:

- 25,000 to 30,000

- Should have a Learning Attitude
- Able to meet given deadlines
- Tech Savvy: Good at MS Office, advanced Excel, PPTs, etc.
- Excellent coordination skills with a sense of ownership
