**Roles and Responsibilities**

Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.

Manage and oversee the whole Payroll process.

Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.

Scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.

Asses and maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of the same

Complete HR operational requirements.

Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.

Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.

Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
