**Designation** **:Payroll Management**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Attendance and leave management - Attendance calculation, maintain leave record, late coming record, encashment, Compensatory off management.**:
- **Payroll Management - Salary calculation and record keeping, Bonus calculation (closing of financial year), Full and final settlement of employees**:
- **Compliance - Timely PF, ESIC Enrollment, challan etc. Co-ordinate with consultant**:
- **Joining Formalities of new joiners with required docs for PF, ESIC, Bank account opening etc.**:
- **Other - Deposit labor wale-fare fund (twice in a year), Bank account opening, Track minimum wages circular and implement same after management approval.**:
- **Third party management - Novelty employees payroll management, track their Compliance related record, contract renewal**:
- **Filling gratuity return, bonus return etc.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
