**Reporting to**:Finance Controller
**Accountability**:Payroll Preparation, Compensation Management, Statutory Compliance, Time & Attendance, Attrition & Retention Data Analysis
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Documenting all the payroll records within a given timeframe
- Ensure salary processing of all employees with 100% accuracy
- Update Bank accounts number for salary disbursement and other related data
- Ensure joining formalities are done at the time of employee reporting viz., issuance of the Appointment order, Bank formalities & Biometric Login
- Collect and maintain all the relevant documents as mentioned in the checklist
- Basic Induction is conducted explaining the new employee about the policy & procedural guidelines etc., before deputation on the job
- Ensure Internal communication is sent to all concerned departments informing the joining of the new employees
- Managing Time & Attendance viz., Correction and Regularization and keeping track of it
- Processing salary hold release
- Ensuring the payment of PF & ESIC challan within TAT. Processing the working for the challan
- Processing absconding within TAT
- Ensure every employee who leaves the organization completes the exit interview process. Ensure the employee separation is done in all departments as required
- Take care of end to end F & F settlement
- Ensure every employee who leaves the organization is issued relieving/experience certificates accordingly
- Help ex-employees in the documentation for PF withdrawal
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- 1 to 2 Years of working experience in Payroll
- Age not more than 30 Years
- CTC - 3,00,000
**Skills & Attributes**:
- Should possess good oral and written communication skills
- Proactive and Energetic
- Should have Learning Attitude
- Able to meet given deadlines
- Tech Savvy: Good at MS Office, advanced excel, PPTs, etc.
- Excellent co-ordination skills with a sense of ownership
