**Payroll Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Payroll Management**
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including handling complex payroll systems and structures for clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees, adhering to client-specific requirements.
- Prepare and manage billing documentation for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
**2. Compliance Management**
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliances, including EPF, ESIC, and other prevailing labor laws.
- Proactively manage compliance audits, prepare necessary reports, and resolve related issues promptly.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and compliance requirements to ensure organizational adherence.
**3. Client Management**
- Actively engage with clients to address their HR and payroll-related needs.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide tailored HR solutions to meet client requirements effectively and efficiently.
**4. Advanced Excel Proficiency**
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for payroll data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain complex payroll templates, formulas, and macros for efficient processing.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all payroll-related reports and documentation.
**Qualifications and Skills**
**Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
**Work Experience**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in payroll processing within the **security or outsourcing agency industry**.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in **payroll software** and advanced **MS Excel skills** (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and processes, including handling complex structures.
**Interpersonal Skills**
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
