**Customer Success Executive**
**Location**: Indore (Work From Office)
**Purpose**:
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive. We are a growth-stage startup and this role will be an important part of our growth strategy. You will foster great relationships with customers to make them advocates of our brand.
**We are looking for someone who can**:
- Guide new customers through a systematic onboarding process
- Efficient Handling of responses through these mediums (We believe in empathy)
- Schedule regular retention calls with customers.
- Assist the sales team to increase our customers on AiTrillion.
- Provide critical insights to the product team as a means to improve our App.
- Strategize and work on increasing the number of Reviews on various rating websites.
**You have/are**:
- 1-3 years of experience in communications, customer support, account management, or customer success
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in different shifts since we have global presence.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.

- TAT Fulfillment
- Number of Reviews
- Retention
- Pre-defined OKRs
**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
