**Job Title**: ERP Support Executive (**Microsoft D365- Business Central** )
**Location**: Ahmedabad, HO
**Department**: ERP Support

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**ERP System Management**:

- Monitor and maintain the ERP system to ensure seamless performance and uptime.
- Manage user access and permissions, ensuring robust data security and compliance.
- Coordinate with IT teams for system upgrades, patches, and technical troubleshooting.

**Implementation and Customization**:

- Assist in the implementation of new ERP modules and features based on organizational needs.
- Customize reports, workflows, and dashboards to meet specific departmental requirements.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for system enhancements or specialized support.

**User Support and Training**:

- Provide hands-on support to end-users, resolving ERP (Microsoft D365-Business Centre) -related queries and technical issues.
- Conduct training sessions to improve user proficiency and efficiency in using the ERP system.
- Develop comprehensive user manuals, FAQs, and training materials for staff reference.

**Process Optimization**:

- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement through ERP functionalities.
- Collaborate with departments such as Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations to streamline workflows.
- Ensure ERP solutions are aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Generate, analyze, and interpret ERP reports to deliver actionable insights to management.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency throughout the ERP system.
- Develop custom reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and departmental metrics.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience in Microsoft D365 Business Central functionality and ERP system management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in report customization, workflows, and data visualization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Prior experience in user support, training, and process optimization preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
