ERP Sales Professional

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Professional with a strong background in SAP ERP Sales or large-scale ERP sales. This role combines Inside and Outside sales responsibilities to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve business growth targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Inside Sales**:
- Build a pipeline of prospects by leveraging CRM tools and industry networks.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation campaigns.
**Outside Sales**:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their ERP needs and present customized solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Stay updated on SAP ERP solutions and industry trends to position the company as a trusted advisor.
- Partner with consulting and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience from pre-sales to project delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership review.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of proven experience in SAP ERP Sales or other large-scale ERP sales.
- Deep understanding of the ERP sales lifecycle and client pain points.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience working in a consulting or IT solutions company.
Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
