**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with potential clients in manufacturing and local industries for ERP software solutions.
- Pitch and present ERP solutions tailored to client needs, highlighting benefits in **procurement, sales, finance, and manufacturing modules**.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in ERP software adoption.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team.

**Key Requirements**:

- **1-3 years of experience** in **ERP sales** or selling IT software solutions to **local industries (manufacturing preferred).**:

- Strong understanding of ERP systems like **ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar solutions.**:

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.**:

- Ability to understand client business processes and suggest relevant ERP solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
