**Job Title: ERP Helpdesk Specialist**

**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

**Key Responsibilities**:
**User Support and Query Resolution**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for end-users seeking assistance with ERP system to address user queries for system functionalities, navigation, & troubleshooting.

**FAQ Handling**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive FAQ database to address common user inquiries to provide clear and concise documentation for end-users.

**Navigation Assistance**:

- Assist users in navigating through the ERP system, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Conduct training sessions for employees to enhance their understanding of system functionalities.

**Implementation Support**:

- Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to ensure a seamless integration process & participate in user training sessions during the implementation phase.

**Backend Administration**:

- Perform backend access & admin tasks to ensure smooth functioning of ERP system.
- Work closely with the ERP team to configure and customize the system based on company requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in providing support for ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of construction industry processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical users.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Familiarity with the specific modules of ERP relevant to the construction industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the ERP team and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, problem solving mindset.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest features and updates in the ERP system.

**Note**: Specific duties and qualifications may vary based on the unique needs of the RBIPL Management and the ERP system configuration.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
