**Must worked in ST ERP**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the ST ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ST ERP-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and configure the ST ERP system to meet those requirements.
- Perform regular system audits and generate reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the ERP system.
- Assist in the integration of new modules and upgrades to the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with data security policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external vendors and consultants for support and system enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechcanical/Engineering/IT
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in managing ERP systems, preferably in a similar role.
- Skills:

- Proficiency with ERP software ( STERP.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and support end-users effectively.
- Knowledge of business processes and best practices.
- Experience with database management and SQL is a plus.
