**Executive Assistant to Chairman (1 Position - Female)**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Chairman’s **calendar, scheduling, and appointments**, ensuring optimal use of time.
- Maintain **confidentiality** and exercise discretion when managing sensitive information.
- Coordinate and follow up on **meetings, travel arrangements, and official events**.
- Prepare and organize **agendas, briefing notes, and minutes** for meetings.
- Serve as a **liaison** between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in **project coordination** and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Anticipate the Chairman’s needs and proactively provide support to streamline decision-making.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum **3+ years of experience** as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level coordination role.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** (English proficiency required).
- Strong **organizational and multitasking abilities** with attention to detail.
- High degree of **professionalism, integrity, and discretion** in handling confidential matters.
- Proficiency in **MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)** and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced and dynamic environment**.
