Assistant Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in managing the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records in an efficient manner.
- Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other correspondence as required.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring proper logistics and preparation.
- **Project Support**:
- Assist in managing various projects by tracking timelines, progress, and deliverables.
- Prepare project updates and reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for meetings or business opportunities.
- **Office Management**:
- Handle office supplies, equipment, and other resources necessary for efficient operations.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to a productive work atmosphere.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Input and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and systems as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely record keeping for various administrative tasks.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**:
- Handle any ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the executive or department head.
- Liaise with other departments or external partners as required to facilitate smooth operations.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
