**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and explain how our solutions can meet their requirements.
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of Flo Sleep Solutions’ products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to prospective customers.
- **CRM Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and support company goals.
- **Feedback**: Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions and market insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical product information.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
