**Position Overview**: As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our lead generation and business development efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and other online portals. The goal is to generate qualified leads, initiate meaningful conversations, and ultimately schedule meetings with our Business Development Team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:
- Utilize LinkedIn and other online platforms to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Conduct research to identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Generate interest and build relationships with prospects through effective communication.
**Cold Calling**:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects to introduce our products/services and create interest.
- Articulate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria.
**Meeting Scheduling**:
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team to schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
- Ensure a smooth handover of leads to the Business Development Team.
**Record Keeping and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, especially through LinkedIn and other online portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of products/services effectively.
- Comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations with potential clients.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a similar sales role.
