- **About the Product - PayrollOnAir**_
**PayrollOnAir** is a cloud-based **HRMS and Payroll software** that helps businesses manage **employee salaries, attendance, leaves, work hours, and other HR tasks** all in one place. It makes payroll processing and HR management easier and more organized while keeping everything compliant with regulations.
- **Roles & Responsibilities**_
- **Schedule**and **conduct product demos**to explain features and benefits clearly.
- Maintain **regular follow-ups**with prospects to nurture interest and build trust.
- Collect **client feedback**and share with the product/management team for improvements.
- **Provide support**to **users**by **resolving queries**and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- **Assist**in preparing **proposals**, **quotations**, and presentations for clients.
- Maintain records of sales activities and leads in CRM/spreadsheets.
- Learn and adapt quickly to product updates and market changes.
- Work closely with management to shape sales processes and strategies in the early stage.
- **Required Skills**_
- Fluency in **Hindi, Gujarati, and English** (must).
- Minimum **1 year of proven experience in B2B SaaS Sales**.
- **Strong communication**and presentation skills with ability to interact with management-level clients.
- Ability to understand client pain points and translate them into product value propositions.
- Strong **relationship**-**building**and **negotiation skills**.
- Good understanding of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, and sales funnels.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office / Google Workspace** for reports, presentations, and proposals.
