Job Summary:

The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, pitching Ready Leads' services, and building long-term relationships across the Saurashtra region. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, local market understanding, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Conduct market research to understand business needs and industry trends.
  • Visit potential clients and present Ready Leads' solutions effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation, client servicing, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Field Sales / Lead Generation / Digital Marketing Services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Gondal, and other parts of Saurashtra.
