Sr. Sales Executive

Role Purpose:
To generate and expand sales for Aditi Techno LLP's rubber toys and silicone kitchen items, build strong customer relationships, and achieve business growth in domestic and/or international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities for rubber toys and silicone kitchenware in B2B and B2C markets.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers across regions.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms with clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution and timely delivery.
- Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
- Suggest promotional strategies and assist in brand-building activities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in FMCG, kitchenware, or toy manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of distribution networks and retail sales channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage corporate clients and institutional buyers.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and market development.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
- 5–7 years of experience in sales of rubber/silicone products, kitchenware, toys, FMCG, or consumer durables.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
