**Position**: Assistant Executive
**location**:Thane / Andheri east
**Qualification**: Graduates
**Experience**: 1 to 2 years
**Salary: -** 3 LPA -3.60 LPA
**Roles and Responsibilities: -**:
**1. Calendar and Schedule Management**:
Coordinate and manage the Directors calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments, ensuring the Directors time is used efficiently.
**2. Communication**:
Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
**3.Travel Coordination**:
Plan and arrange business travel, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing itineraries.
Ensure that all travel arrangements align with the Directors preferences and organizational policies.
**4. Meeting and Event Coordination**:
Organize and prepare for meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, arranging materials, and taking minutes.
Attend meetings with the Director, ensuring follow-up on action items and key decisions
**5. Document and File Management**:
Organize and maintain filing systems for physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to important files and records.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
**6. Project Support**:
Assist with special projects and initiatives, providing research, data analysis, or administrative support as required.
Follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
**7. Expense Reporting and Budgeting**:
Assist with tracking and managing the Directors expenses, preparing expense reports, and ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.
**8. Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, representing the Director professionally.
Foster a positive work environment by supporting team collaboration and communication.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
