Designation: Executive Assistant
Experience: 3 years 
Job Location: Kurla
Salary Range: Best in industry + Benefits
Working Days: 5 days a week (Mon to Fri) and (Sat and Sun fixed off)
Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

On the payroll of Talisman HR Solutions - 6 months Contract

JOB ROLE

Provides administrative support to the GSCM Head, including managing

calendars, scheduling meetings, taking notes and coordinating travel

arrangements.

Prepare and review presentations, reports, and correspondence, ensuring

accuracy and professionalism.

Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agenda development,

minutes, and follow-up action tracking.

Acts as a liaison between GSCM Head and internal/external stakeholders,

fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Manage expense reporting and procurement-related administrative tasks

as required.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other field

3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably

within a global organization.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask

effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

and other productivity tools.

Ability to work independently and handle complex tasks with minimal

supervision.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Experience in supply chain functions is a plus point
