**Key Responsibilities**:
**Executive Support**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritise and coordinate the CEO's time, ensuring efficiency and minimising conflicts.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
**Administrative Support**:
- Draft and proofread correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the CEO’s office is well-organized and fully equipped.
- Assist with personal errands and non-work-related tasks, when necessary.
**Communication Liaison**:
- Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and staff.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and senior management team.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up items.
**Travel & Logistics**:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Ensure smooth logistics for events, conferences, and business trips.
**Project Assistance**:
- Assist with special projects, both personal and business-related, as needed.
- Research and gather information for CEO’s decision-making processes.
- Help track the status of various ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
**Event Coordination**:
- Assist with organizing internal and external events, meetings, and corporate functions.
- Manage RSVP lists, invitations, and event-related logistics.
**Additional Duties**:
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as requested by the CEO to support personal or professional commitments.
- Manage confidential and high-priority projects with mínimal oversight.
**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-suite executives.
- Experience with office management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software/tools.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic tech troubleshooting.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Highly adaptable with a calm and efficient approach to challenges.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and urgent requests.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position with occasional after-hours or weekend availability as required.
- Based at [Company Location], with potential for occasional remote work based on CEO's travel schedule.
How to Apply:
Pay: ₹9,234.76 - ₹15,000.00 per month
