Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, reminders, and travel planning
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, content creation, and communication support
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Handle confidential information with discretion
Perform general administrative tasks and assist in day-to-day operations
Key Requirements:
Strong command over written and spoken English
Prior experience in calendar and task management
Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools for productivity
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Tech-savvy with knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.
Ability to handle tasks independently and prioritize efficiently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
