**About the Role**:
You will act as the right hand to the executive — managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the executive’s **calendar, appointments, and meetings**, ensuring optimal time management.
- Prepare and organize **reports, presentations, and meeting documents.**:
- Coordinate **travel arrangements**, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Maintain **confidential files and sensitive information** with complete integrity.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Track tasks, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in **personal and professional errands** as required.
- Support in event coordination, scheduling, and logístical planning.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.**:
- **3-7 years** of experience as a **Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.**:
- Excellent command of **English (written and verbal).**:
- Strong proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)** and **Google Workspace.**:
- Exceptional **organizational and multitasking skills.**:
- Ability to work independently with **confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail.**:
- Professional appearance and communication style.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience supporting senior leadership or C-level executives.
- Background in managing both **corporate and personal tasks**.
- Flexibility for extended hours or travel if required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
