**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Administrative Support**:

- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Create and organize files, documents, and presentations.

2. **Travel Management**:

- Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements run smoothly.
- Handle any changes or issues that arise during travel.

3. **Personal Assistance**:

- Run personal errands such as shopping, dry cleaning, or picking up supplies.
- Coordinate family schedules, events, and personal commitments.
- Assist with household management, including liaising with staff, contractors, or vendors.

4. **Event Coordination**:

- Plan and organize professional or personal events, such as meetings, conferences, dinners, or parties.
- Oversee logistics, guest lists, catering, and venues.

5. **Finance and Budgeting**:

- Handle expense reporting and reimbursements.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage invoices.
- Assist in bill payments and personal financial organization as needed.

6. **Confidentiality and Trust**:

- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring discretion in all communications and activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
